Mr Man Hee Lee - The One Who Carries the Mantle of Peace

Mr Man Hee Lee, Chairman of Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) is the peace messenger on a mission to heal the world from conflict and the impediment of ideology, religion and culture.

Chairman, Lee was born in a small village near Cheongdo in South Korea. The name Man Hee Lee means complete light and it was given by Mr Lee’s grandfather after he dreamt that his grandson would become a great light
Mr Lee served in the military as a young man and was fighting on the frontline against his fellow countrymen, he has described the experience as “the most terrifying battles of the Korean War”.

Miraculously survived war...

Since, miraculously surviving the war, Mr Lee believes that God has been his protector and had a heart that in turn gave hope of peace to his fellow comrades during battle. Mr Lee refused recognition and government compensation for his service in the war and instead vowed to devote, the life God blessed him with, to serve the people of the world. This has never changed, never faltered, never delayed even until this very day Mr Lee’s agenda is the same. Convicted of the power of God in his life, Mr Man Hee Lee has a strong belief that the eradication of war is possible and world-wide peace can be achieved.

“It is the responsibility of all world leaders to end war and to stop sacrificing young people’s lives with their own agenda,” he said.

Mr Lee’s movement of peace has enthused the interest and support of many world leaders from all continents around the globe.

HWPL’s Mr Man Hee Lee has the answer to achieving World Peace!

Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), is the turning point in history for the complete restoration of peace to all nations by transcending religions, cultures, languages and breaking down barriers to form a harmonious world of unity and love.

 How is this even possible?

From the humble beginnings, a man of no reputation, Mr Man Hee Lee was able to create a passion in the youth of the world, by engaging and inspiring the young generation to adopt a responsibility in nurturing the vision of a new world filled with peace, not only through art performances and sport but also by building bridges of understanding between diverse communities. The true words spoken by Chairman Man Hee Lee, the peace advocate who knows the way to make this vision a living reality, are empowering the youth around the world with the message of peace and highlighting the certainty of bringing it to fruition.  

Chairman Man Hee Lee has triggered a historical movement by hosting one of the world’s largest international peace walks, namely the International Peace Walk held in the Seoul Olympic park, on 25^th May 2013. That day marked the Declaration of World Peace, and May 25^th is already being established as HWPL day in many cities and nations. The peace march brought together 30,000 participants and over 260 youth organisations from all over the world. Yet that is not all, the involvement of young people has continued to grow at a rapid pace and there was an even larger event held on 17 September 2014 in Seoul, South Korea.

 Mr Man Hee Lee is leaving in his wake a legacy of peace resolutions; he is carrying the mantle of the message of peace wherever he goes, he has made this his life’s work and given up everything to see this dream become a living reality.
